The Anndore House, a JdV by Hyatt hotel, to strengthen Hyatt’s brand presence in Canada
TORONTO (April 1, 2021) – Silver Hotel Group announced today a new JdV by Hyatt brand property in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The Anndore House now joins Hyatt’s lifestyle brand JdV Hyatt, inspiring the spirit of playful travel through neighborhood connections
The 115-room hotel marks the JdV by Hyatt brand’s debut in Canada and is located at 15 Charles Street, East, right in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood. When staying at The Anndore House, guests are a short stroll from parks, galleries, museums, theatre, live music, unique boutiques and nightlife.

In 1955, the Anndore House opened as the Anndore Hotel and Apartments. For decades, it was known as the “it” spot where the city’s more interesting personalities hung their hats. Decades later, the Anndore House continues to uphold its reputation as the place to be in midtown Toronto.

The boutique hotel currently offers two food and beverage outlets as well as lively artwork throughout the entire property. The food and beverage offerings include the Mediterranean eatery, Constantine, owned by the Mercatto group and led by Chef Craig Harding. Crow’s Nest Barbershop is also in-house and its talented team will be opening the very first Crow’s Nest Café in early 2021.
The Anndore House also features a private meeting and dining area space featuring modern decor and an open concept, with seating up to 25 and space for up to 80 for a standing room gathering.
